I am pleased to announce that Michael Costantini has joined the Firm as Executive Vice President – Business Development. Mike will be working as part of the Firm’s effort to help you grow your practice by recruiting advisors to join your office, as well as to open additional independent offices. Toward that end, you can expect that Mike will be contacting you in the near future to learn about your particular needs, including the types of advisors that you feel would be a good fit for your business. In addition, Mike will be talking to you about how, by referring advisors who join Summit, you can help yourself as a result of the generous fees paid through our advisor referral program.

Given the Firm’s strategic goal of growing through the recruitment of outstanding financial advisors, we are pleased to be able to leverage Mike’s 20 years of industry experience, many of which were spent helping advisors grow their practice by providing practical and useful sales ideas and practice management support to a broad range of financial advisors.

Prior to joining Summit, Mike was a Regional Vice President with Dreyfus Investments wholesaling various Dreyfus and Bank of New York Mellon products to Florida based advisors. Prior to joining Dreyfus, Mike was Regional Vice President of Sentinel Financial Services where he spent 14 years of his career.
